Your responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in further establishing corporate benefits in the Polish market. Together with our existing team, you will contribute to this by acquiring new customers and expanding and strategically developing your customer relationships.

  • Acquiring new customers •
  • Presenting our services and the corporate benefits brand •
  • Strengthening and maintaining customer relationships •
  • Participation in trade fairs and events •
  • Professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the B2B sector •
  • Passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative •
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships •
  • Results-oriented mindset and experience in achieving targets •
  • Polish as a native language; good German or English language skills are desirable
