Lead Recruiting High Volume (m/f/d) | German Required

As Lead Recruiting High Volume (m/f/d), you’ll take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of the Talent Recruiting team at our Berlin office – playing a key role in shaping how we hire quickly, scalably, and with an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll drive your team to peak performance while ensuring long-term success in high-volume recruiting through clear, efficient, and well-documented processes. Team Leadership &; Development

• You take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of your recruiting team, coaching your people and actively driving their development and performance management.
• You prioritize and manage your team’s workload across multiple parallel vacancies and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• You establish a clear feedback and error culture in which your team can grow. Process Implementation &; Optimization
• You analyze existing recruiting processes along the entire candidate journey and identify the levers with the greatest impact.
• You design, implement, and document new processes, workflows, and standards – from interview processes and scorecards to ATS automations.
• You own time-to-hire, conversion rates, and other recruiting KPIs, reporting regularly to your stakeholders.
• You introduce and continuously develop new tools and systems – ATS, sourcing tools, automation solutions.
• You ensure your processes remain stable even during fluctuating hiring demand, peak periods, and seasonal volume spikes. Operational Recruiting &; Stakeholder Management
• You work closely with hiring managers and departments on workforce planning and prioritization.
• For particularly critical or complex vacancies, you roll up your sleeves and get directly involved.
• You serve as the go-to person for analytics and reporting questions around recruiting.
• Together with the marketing team, you further develop our employer branding and sourcing strategy.

• Mass hiring experience: You bring several years of recruiting experience, including a proven track record in high-volume / mass hiring – e.g. in retail, logistics, e-commerce, hospitality, call centers, or comparable industries.
• Leadership experience: You have already led recruiting teams – functionally or disciplinarily – and know how to develop people rather than just manage them.
• Process track record: You have demonstrably introduced or optimized recruiting processes and can show the difference it made.
• Tool proficiency: Working with ATS systems is second nature to you, ideally with experience in automation and recruiting tooling.
• Data-driven mindset: You have a strong analytical understanding and enjoy making decisions based on data.
• Assertiveness: With strong communication skills and confidence, you navigate effectively between diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English round off your profile.
