Manager (Accounting & Administration) (m/w/d) (Leiter/in - Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)

Your Tasks:

• Lead the annual budgeting, financial planning, and mid-term planning processes, including regular revisions and updates.
• Oversee monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans, analyze variances, and provide rolling forecasts and management reports.
• Manage monthly and annual financial results and collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Group CFO on financial matters.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and ensure adherence to HGB, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Supervise administrative activities and resources, including office facilities, company vehicles and other operational support across divisions.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in Japanese and English
• German language skill is plus
• Professional working experience in accounting, controlling, or bookkeeping
• Good communication skills and teamwork
