Manager Content Architecture (f/m/div)

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and evolve content architecture frameworks, standards and best practices .
• Define content structures, taxonomy and metadata approaches.
• Drive initiatives that improve content reusability, quality and lifecycle management.
• Establish requirements for structured and AI-ready content.
• Develop guidance, playbooks and enablement material for content stakeholders.
• Identify information and content gaps, structural dependencies and improvement opportunities across key business priorities.
• Partner with divisional and central teams to ensure alignment and adoption of content standards.
• Support the continuous evolution of information and content capabilities, governance and ways of working . Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions . Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix environment. Very good communication and presentation skills in English , German is a plus.
