With our product now live and a growing partner ecosystem, we’re entering our next stage of expansion, and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Growth Intern to join us for this journey.
Your Mission As our next Marketing Intern, you’ll take over from our current intern and continue scaling VirtusNova’s marketing and growth activities. You’ll work directly with the CEO on digital campaigns, partner outreach, and content creation gaining end-to-end experience in running and growing a SaaS startup. Your Key Responsibilities🔹
- Web & Analytics Monitor website and traffic analytics (Google Analytics, Posthog, etc.) Identify traffic sources and propose strategies to increase qualified visitors Optimize pages for conversion or create new subpages for campaigns or use cases 🔹
- Affiliate & Partner Program Take over our existing affiliate & partner program Conduct market research to identify new potential affiliates or partners Support outreach campaigns to onboard them and improve program visibility 🔹
- Content & Social Media Manage VirtusNova Decoded, our weekly founder interview series Learn and use tools like Descript to produce short-form video content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.) Plan and execute multi-channel content strategies for engagement and growth 🔹
- Paid Advertising Monitor and help optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns Assist with creatives and copy for lead generation campaigns 🔹
- Blog & Use Cases Oversee publication of blog articles and customer use cases Collaborate with the CEO on SEO-driven content strategy 🔹
- Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Support creation of newsletters, sales materials, and email sequences for cold & warm leads Help prepare outreach materials for affiliates and business partners Research industry events or conferences for lead and customer acquisition 🔹
- Research & Collaboration Conduct ad-hoc research projects led by the CEO Participate in daily check-in meetings to align priorities and goals; partake in weekly meeting with the whole team including designers and developers.
What You Bring ✔️
- You’re currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory internship preferred) ✔️
- You’re proactive, analytical, and eager to learn new tools quickly ✔️
- You have basic experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and affiliate programs ✔️
- You’re fluent in English (German is a plus, not required) ✔️
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
