Own the commercial and strategic development of assigned ocean freighttrade lanes across Europe. Drive procurement excellence, carrierpartnerships, pricing competitiveness, profitability, and sustainablegrowth while aligning global strategy with regional and countryexecution. Start here. Go anywhere… Key Responsibilities: Developand execute trade lane strategies aligned with Global Ocean Productobjectives.

• Own trade lane performance including volume, revenue,gross profit, forecasting and growth plans.
• Lead ocean freightprocurement activities and negotiate competitive carrier agreements,allocations and service commitments.
• Manage strategic relationshipswith shipping lines and conduct regular performance reviews. Provideocean freight pricing support for RFQs, tenders and strategic customeropportunities.
• Monitor market trends, capacity, pricing developmentsand regulatory changes.
• Identify opportunities to improveprofitability, service quality and market share. Collaborate withSales, Tender Management, Countries, Regions and Business Developmentteams.
• Ensure data accuracy, contract compliance and effective ratemanagement. Success Measures Sustainable volume and gross profitgrowth. Effective carrier budget and procurement performance. Strongcarrier partnerships and service reliability. High forecast accuracyand data transparency. Successful cross-functional stakeholdercollaboration.

Education & Experience: Ideally, you bring: As an idealcandidate, you bring the following expertise and skills: Bachelor’sdegree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or relatedfield.

• 5+ years of experience in Ocean Freight, Trade Management,Procurement or Product Management within freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong carrier negotiation and relationship management experience.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue growth andprofitability.
• Experience with RFQs, pricing, market analysis andtrade lane management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretationskills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills inan international environment.
• Advanced Excel and freight managementsystems knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently, influencestakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
