This role sits within a specialist Plots team acting for some of the UK's leading housebuilders and residential developers. It offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of plot sales and new-build conveyancing matters for major national clients, within a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling all aspects of plot sales work and liaising closely with developers, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales conveyancing and be confident managing files with minimal supervision. Experience investigating title would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should possess:
- Experience handling their own residential conveyancing or plot sales caseload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detailGood IT skills and experience using case management systemsCommercial awareness and an understanding of the residential property market
