Residential Conveyancer- (Hybrid working available) (m/w/d)

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of their own caseload and progress their career within a stable and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Conduct necessary searches and ensure all due diligence checks are completed.
- Submit applications to HM Land Registry and deal with any requisitions.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.Provide a high standard of client care, maintaining regular communication and updates.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to providing a high level of service.
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner will be considered.
