Senior GEO / SEO Manager (all genders)

• Develop and implementGEO / SEOstrategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with the client's business objectives, working with content and PR teams
• Own strategy KPIs, monitor strategic roadmaps and analyzeGEO / SEOperformance to gain insights and adjust tactics
• Establish standardized processes and mentor team members, providing guidance and knowledge
• Supporting the sales team with knowledge, contributing to pre-sales activities and client pitches
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates and using this knowledge to improve client strategies Manage workload, meet client deadlines effectively and delegate tasks to teams or managers as required Sharing updates and expertise with the wider team.

• At least3-5years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibility
• Experience in managing German and English speaking teams
• SEO knowledge with deep understanding of content and offsite pillars
• Advanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization and content strategy
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, confidently present strategic plans and understand the brand, goals and target audience
• Adept at using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and Accuranker
• Improving processes and evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes and initial experience in AEO and GEO
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional analytics tools
