Senior Partner Manager (m/f/d)

• Contribute to global strategic partner management and maintain oversight of all partner developments across the lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a key interface between internal functions and external partners
• Manage and further develop the partner oversight framework, including governance structures, SOPs, and tools
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs, scorecards, and trend analyses, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
• Identify risks early and initiate appropriate mitigation and escalation measures while supporting strategic decision-making processes

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
