Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze warehouse operations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Benchmark warehouse processes against headquarters and other global fabs, adapting best practices to local business requirements.
  • Design, implement, and standardize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and operational performance.
  • Support operational teams in resolving process-related challenges and implementing sustainable solutions. 2.

Warehouse Design & Process Implementation:

  • Support the development and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage concepts, and material flow strategies.
  • Participate in warehouse design and process implementation projects within the ESMC fab environment.
  • Ensure standardized and efficient warehouse operations through process alignment and implementation. 3.

Automation & Digital Transformation:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse automation solutions and digital warehouse initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish highly automated and data-driven warehouse operations.
  • Contribute to the integration of warehouse management systems and new technologies that enhance operational transparency and efficiency. 4.

Data Analytics & Performance Management:

  • Utilize data analysis and KPI monitoring to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective actions for process-related issues.
  • Drive data-based decision-making to support operational excellence and process standardization. 5.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, facility, and engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and overseas fabs to align on global standards, exchange best practices, and implement new processes.
  • Support process implementation activities involving external warehouses and logistics partners when required.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse process engineering, logistics operations, continuous improvement, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Experience within the semiconductor industry is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive process improvements.
  • Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP EWM or comparable warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of hazardous material warehouse operations.
  • Mandarin language skills.
