What will you do:

You will play a key role in driving our Mental & Physical (focus Physical) agenda at our key customers (drugstores, grocery and discount channel)
Responsibility for Customer Activation at drug customers across all Kenvue categories and brands
Translation of brand and category objectives into Perfect Store execution. Define the resulting activation grid for the brand with focus on outstanding physical availability
Develop and implement a Kenvue/customer vision and be the activation face of Kenvue towards the customer
Analyze customer behavior and show strong outside-in focus, monitoring development of competition at customer, develop new ideas and convince the customer to partner and try out new routes
Close cooperation with adjacent cross functional teams on the following topics: Generation of shopper insights, performance analysis of promotions, launch support, sales documents, market trends, competitive information, also making use of the data dm shares through extranet, sell-out data etc.

Successfully completed university studies in economics or business administration
First years of professional experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Customer Activation in the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of our customer landscape in Germany
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoyment of creative tasks and willingness to innovate
Strong stakeholder management & passion to change the status quo
Ability to work under pressure, willingness to work and organizational skills
Fluent written and spoken German and English
