- Month-end-closing control and analysis of budget and actuals for Germany-located companies in Spyrosoft Group
- Cost control according to the group regulations and local requirements
- Internal settlements and invoicing in line with Group regulations and local law
- Preparing and supervising the correctness of financial documentation, including contracts between entities in the capital group, in cooperation with the legal department
- Close cooperation with the accounting and key departments within the Spyrosoft group
- Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Support in the budgeting process
- Cash flow
- Supporting the international finance team in everyday processes
- Fluency in English and German
- Higher economic education
- At least 2 years of experience in the finance/controlling department
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
- Ability to organise own work
- Meticulousness and accuracy
- DATEV awareness will be an asset
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
