Support for Café Bistro shift manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You are passionate about preparing coffee specialties, snacks and small dishes for our guests
• You make sure that our guests feel comfortable and are always served quickly and in a friendly manner
• Support in daily café operations: from taking orders to preparation and serving
• You will conscientiously take care of cash register accounting and keeping the work area clean in compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ensuring that operations run smoothly during the shift, including coordination of staff in service, at the counter and in the kitchen.
• Settlement of accounts and closing of the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Checking the supply of drinks and food during the shift to ensure that there are no shortages and preparing reorders if necessary
• Support with the induction and training of new team members
• Promoting community and team spirit, both within the team and with our guests
