Travel Manager (m/f/d)
MedExpert Consulting is an internationally operating company specializing in medical consulting and international patient coordination. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Travel Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all travel arrangements for our international clients. You will ensure that every journey is organized efficiently and runs smoothly while providing an outstanding customer experience. Your proactive approach and ability to manage complex travel processes will make you an essential member of our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional support and consultation to international clients
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and related services
- Assist in planning and coordinating a wide range of services
- Plan and organize international client travel while considering budget requirements
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfer services, and interpreters
- Manage travel documentation, including visa applications
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize travel processes
- Support employees with travel-related inquiries and assist with last-minute changes or unforeseen issues Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
Your Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
- German language skills are desirable but not required
