Working Student Captains Management at Meet5 USA (f/m/x)

• Recruiting new Community Captains, including independently managing the entire recruitment process for Captains (identification, outreach, interviews, selection).
• Guiding and supporting new Captains as they get started (onboarding, clarifying expectations, ensuring successful first meetings).
• Monitor the development of our Captains Community and help us draw conclusions for the next actions.
• Lead newcomer calls.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in International Business, English Language Studies, or another relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and people-oriented mindset
• Nice to have: Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role Benefits
