WORKING STUDENT CRM (M/F/D)

You will work closely with Email Marketing managers and developers to build email campaigns, set up automated customer journeys, conduct performance analyses and research industry best practices to continuously improve our CRM activities.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

• Email Creation: Build, test and format email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder).
• Journey Builder: Assist in setting up, testing and optimizing multi-step customer journeys and automated communications.
• SFMC Training & Development: Continuously develop your skills in SFMC through hands-on practice, internal alignment and guided training modules. 2. Analytics, Reporting & Support
• Performance Analysis: Conduct performance tracking and reporting across SFMC and SFSC (open rates, click-through rates, conversion tracking, journey progression).
• Developer Support: Collaborate with internal SFMC/SFSC developers to brief technical requirements, perform functional testing and resolve campaign issues. 3. Innovation & Best Practices
• CRM Best Practices: Research market trends, competitor strategies and industry best practices for lifecycle marketing, email design and subject line optimization.
• Idea Generation: Proactively bring forward fresh CRM ideas and continuous improvement initiatives for existing campaigns.

• Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Communication or a related field)
• Salesforce Affinity: Basic familiarity or strong interest in marketing automation tools
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail during email rendering and data checks
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: Self-starter attitude with a structured, solution-oriented approach to tasks

In this role, you will get hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (SFDC) and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) , supporting the operational execution of customer engagement strategies.
