Working Student in Technical Support (all genders)

As a Working Student in Technical Support, you will provide technical support via email, chat, and phone; reproduce issues; and collaborate with development teams.

• Provide technical support for our products via email, live chat and in phone calls.
• Reproduce issues and discuss them with development teams.
• Contribute to the product development based on issues and requests.

This position is perfect for students in computer science or similar fields. Programming skills are helpful, but beginners are welcome!

• Are you an enrolled student and would like to gain practical experience alongside your studies? Or are you already looking for a position for after your studies?
• Enrolled student in computer science, physics, mathematics or a similar field.
• Good English oral/written communication skills.
• Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, Angular or any other framework and language (beginners are welcome!).
• Self-motivated, inquisitive and persistent.
• You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams.
