Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Represent INIKTI in Germany and lead the establishment of our local presence and legal entity
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the wind energy sector
- Build strong relationships with wind farm owners, operators, developers, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor and local market expert for INIKTI's leadership team
- Engage with industry associations, government institutions, and renewable energy networks
- Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and develop strategies to accelerate business growth
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen INIKTI's market visibility
- Support the development of local operations and contribute to building a high-performing team as the business grows
- Provide regular market intelligence, strategic insights, and business updates to headquarters
What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
- Experience within renewable energy, wind energy, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating opportunities and driving growth
- Strong network-building abilities and confidence in developing new client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-growing environment
- Professional presence with the ability to represent INIKTI at the highest level
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Germany
