Business Manager MD Office (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: Support the Managing Director in the development and execution of the company's strategy, business planning, and budgeting processes

• Drive, coordinate, and rigorously track strategic priorities, transformation programs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful and sustainable execution
• Prepare management presentations, executive briefings, business reviews, and decision-making materials, and conduct market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic decisions
• Lead and execute strategic projects on behalf of the executive leadership team, including identifying and removing organizational roadblocks and barriers to success
• Plan, structure, and facilitate management and leadership processes, while coordinating meetings, decision-making processes, action plans, and follow-up activities
• Further develop transparent governance and reporting structures and support leadership teams in strategic discussions and decision-making
• Act as a trusted advisor, sparring partner, and challenger to the Managing Director and Leadership Team on strategic and operational matters

Your Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage

• Proven professional experience in strategy, management consulting, operational excellence, transformation, project management, or program management
• Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High level of initiative, execution excellence, and accountability, with a strong results-oriented mindset $$
