Customer Support Advisor (German) (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with reservations, account-related queries, and service requests.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and customer service tools.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends. Available to complete the full paid training program.
