Director, HR Business Partner - International Commercial (m/f/d)
What you’ll be known
- Acting as a trusted strategic HR partner to senior commercial leaders, helping translate business strategy into clear people and capability plans
- Leading and supporting organisational change, ensuring leaders are equipped to navigate growth, complexity and transformation effectively
- Owning the talent agenda — from talent reviews and calibrations to succession planning and workforce strategy
- Coaching and developing leaders, building the skills, behaviours and mindsets required to deliver results in a high-change environment
- Embedding company values, culture and ways of working, ensuring they are lived — not laminated Working seamlessly with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up, high-impact solutions across our International
- A strong HRBP with deep experience supporting complex, international lifescience organisations through change and growth
- Experience within the med-tech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and performance calibration
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels . . . you can zoom out, then dive straight into execution
- Resilient, adaptable and confident working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- A collaborative, values-driven team player who builds trust quickly and influences with credibility
- Fluent English and German language (French would be an advantage)
- Experience in regulated or matrixed environments Bachelor’s

Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, you will drive organisational change, lead the talent agenda, and build leadership capability across multiple countries. We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support our International Commercial organisation, partnering with senior leaders during a period of growth, transformation and continued evolution. You’ll operate as a true strategic advisor while staying close enough to the detail to make change real, practical and sustainable
