Ihre Aufgaben

• Operative Leitung einer Front Office Schicht •
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Empfang •
• Professioneller Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste •
• Unterstützung und Motivation des Front Office Teams im täglichen Betrieb •
• Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter •
• Beschwerdemanagement und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Gästerückmeldungen •
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservierung und weiteren Abteilungen •
• Kontrolle von Reservierungen und Rechnungen •Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Key Responsibilities

• Operative management of a Front Office shift
• Ensuring a smooth workflow at the reception desk
• Professional check-in and check-out of guests
• Supporting and motivating the Front Office team in daily operations
• Onboarding and training of new employees
• Handling guest complaints and resolving feedback in a solution-oriented manner
• Close cooperation with housekeeping, concierge, reservations, and other departments
• Monitoring and verifying reservations and billing
• Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation •
• Erste Führungserfahrung am Front Office, idealerweise als Shift Leader oder Supervisor •
• Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung •
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift •
• Sicherer Umgang mit Hotelmanagement-Systemen (z. B. Opera Cloud) •
• Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit •
• Professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten •
• Flexibilität für Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit Your Profile
• Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification
• Initial leadership experience at the Front Office, ideally as a Shift Leader or Supervisor
• Strong host mentality with a high level of service orientation
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in using hotel management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) Strong organizational skills, resilience, and team spirit Professional and well-groomed appearance Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
