HR and Recruiting Intern — Startup Hiring Experience (Unpaid, Remote) (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Source and identify candidates across Europe and India using Join.com and other job platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and write structured evaluation notes
• Manage candidate communication: outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Coordinate interview scheduling directly with the founder
• Maintain an accurate candidate tracker and keep pipeline status up to date
• Support job posting creation and distribution across platforms
• Assist with employer branding and outreach efforts

We are looking for someone who is eager to gain practical experience in recruiting and HR within a fast-moving startup environment. You should have strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations. Being organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting is key, along with a basic familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.

• You are comfortable with an unpaid internship, part time in EU time zones.
• Mandatory and voluntary internships are both welcome.

About the role This is a hands-on HR and Recruiting internship where you will own real parts of the hiring process from day one.
