Managing Director (m/f/d) (Geschäftsführer/in)

What you can expect

• Overall responsibility for a company in the automotive industry (~130 employees), including direct leadership of around 100 employees
• Define, implement and execute long-term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management
• Represents the company with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally
• Builds and develops leadership teams and organizational structures
• Promotes and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives

What we are looking for

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience, including a senior management or executive role with essential background in the automotive industry, ideally within a Tier 1 or 2 supplier
• Proven track record in strategy, business development and organizational leadership
• Strong technical understanding of automotive manufacturing and industrial processes
• Profound experience in leading negotiations with works councils and trade unions
• Fluent language skills in both German and English
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on, decisive and results-oriented personality
