Operational Excellence Manager, Process & Optimization, Operational Accounting (m/f/d) (Leiter/in - Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)

• What you'll do: Drive improvements to operational accounting processes and ways of working
• Support governance of Air & Sea business rules, financial structures, and relevant master data
• Work with Operations, Finance, Tax, Technology, and Production Systems teams globally
• Support TANGO process development, testing, and implementation activities
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive standardisation
• Help improve data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

Required Experience : What

• Some experience with operational accounting and/or Finance-related operational processes
• Experience from Air & Sea Operations, Process Management, Systems Support, or a similar area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in a specialised domain
