Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Customer Service Industrial/Kartuschen

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Proaktive Betreuung und Beratung der zugeordneten Kunden als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle kundenrelevanten Themen
• Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft sowie Mitarbeit bei Vertriebsaktivitäten und Verkaufsaktionen
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Lieferterminen, Preisen, Dokumentationen und Zertifikaten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Versand zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Auftrags- und Lieferprozesses
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten im ERP-/ CRM-System
• Aktive Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprojekten im Rahmen des Avantor Business Systems

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Vertriebsadministration oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute MS Office und ERP-Kenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
