Senior Account Manager (m/f/d)
You will be responsible for acquiring new business, reactivating underpenetrated or neglected accounts, and growing strategic customer relationships across the DACH orNORDIC region. You will act as a trusted commercial partner to customers who rely on alternative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
- Rebuild and expand underdeveloped or inactive customer accounts.
- Actively source new business through targeted prospecting and market research.
- Develop pricing, quotations, and proposals aligned with independent market conditions.
- Manage the full order‑to‑invoice lifecycle, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and availability in the global component market.
- Represent Converge at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Enthusiastic and commercial mindset.
- Motivated self-starter attitude.
- A strong drive for new business - proactive in pursuing new opportunities and driving business growth.
- Proactively identify demand and supply opportunities for obsolete electronic components.
- Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of phone calls and direct customer interaction.
