What you’ll be working on

You design, build, and continuously enhance scalable analytics solutions in Google BigQuery, creating reliable data models and business metrics for reporting and performance analysis
You establish automated data quality standards, validation processes, and schema monitoring to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical datasets and dashboards
You modernize legacy data transformations by migrating complex business logic into modular, maintainable analytics pipelines and decoupled data environments
You collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to define clean data models, improve data integration, and connect shared business domains across the platform
You drive analytics engineering best practices by defining development standards, promoting reusable solutions, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable data workflows

What you bring to the table

You bring several years of experience in analytics and data engineering and have a strong understanding of modern data platform architectures
You have extensive expertise in designing scalable data models, developing high-performance transformations, and applying semantic modeling principles
You are highly proficient in SQL and have hands-on experience working with cloud-based data warehouse technologies such as Google BigQuery
You are familiar with modern orchestration frameworks, data quality concepts, and automated validation processes to ensure reliable and trustworthy data products
You work confidently with Git-based development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative software engineering practices to deliver high-quality data solutions
Nice to have: You have hands-on experience with dbt for developing and managing version-controlled data transformations and bring valuable domain knowledge from eCommerce, retail tech, or ad tech, including web analytics, conversion funnels, and performance metrics
