(Senior) Key Account Manager - SaaS B2B (m/f/d)

What You’ll Own

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and SME customers based in EMEA
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive expansion revenue
• Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product lines
• Present tailored, solution-oriented pitches and lead negotiations for upsells and renewals
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams and advocate for the client’s interest within the company
• Report on account performance and customer health and prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections

• 3+ years in SaaS sales or account management (experience in finance/fintech preferred)
• Good analytical skills and outstanding time management
• Proven success in hitting NRR and growth targets
• Strong communication skills in English (C1), business fluency in German and Spanish are a plus
• Confident working with complex products and senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
