Your Responsibilities
- Support the Executive & Head Chef in the day-to-day operation and act as their deputy when required
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure smooth and efficient service operations
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Assist with staff scheduling, ordering, stock control, and inventory management Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and food safety standards Contribute creatively to the development of menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary concepts
What You'll Bring
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience in upscale dining or hospitality
- Previous leadership experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory role
- A passion for premium ingredients and contemporary cuisine
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- The ability to stay calm and lead by example during busy service periods
- A hands-on attitude, strong commitment, and enthusiasm for achieving success together
