IT technical Support Analyst (m/w/d)

• Pricing and execution of foreign exchange products as well as money market products for corporate clients, institutional clients, other branches, and the head office in Beijing.
• Responsible for IT Helpdesk Support.
• Server and storage Administrator (Linux, Windows Server, Storage). Administration of Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012; Active Directory, security policies, DHCP server, DNS server, print server, file server, Hyper-V, WSUS, etc.
• Installation and configuration of computer operating systems.
• Direct support to end users in the usual problems with office software (MS Office, Windows, Adobe, etc.).
• Software and Hardware troubleshooting.
• Local network troubleshooting. Network communication management.
• Support of global and local banking applications.
• Responsible for the operation of different production systems and deployment of test and production environments.
• Administration of Virtualized Environments
• Backup Administrator (SQL,and Oracle Database backup and VM Backup Solution).
• DBA (Oracle and SQL) including version migrations and patching.
• Manage DRP tests of all the infrastructure assets.
• IT basic infrastructure management.
• Powershell or Shell scripting. for automatic task execution.
• SRM Plans.

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT support or Helpdesk is preferred, experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
• Knowledge of network management and familiarity with the principles and configuration of network devices including switches, routers and firewalls are preferred.
• Strong service mindset, excellent communication skills and team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Germany.
