Senior Product Manager DACH (f/m/d)

• Lead and develop your team, setting clear priorities and supporting collaboration across the wider DACH organization
• Shape and execute brand strategies and tactical plans, defining KPIs and using performance insights to optimize results
• Translate market, healthcare professional, and insights into action, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and drive growth
• Lead strategic brand initiatives, working closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams to ensure effective local execution
• Advance omnichannel marketing, creating relevant, coordinated engagement across touchpoints
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with supply stakeholders

You bring strong commercial experience in pharmaceuticals with a clear understanding of how to engage healthcare professionals. You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and are comfortable adapting priorities in a dynamic environment. A relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, and fluency in German and English

• At least eight years of commercial experience including experience in pharma product or brand management for prescription medicines (Rx)
• Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system; familiarity with Austria and/or Switzerland is an advantage
• A proven ability to partner with Sales and translate brand strategy into effective field activities
• Strong omnichannel marketing and project management skills, supported by an analytical approach to decision-making
• The ability to guide and develop others; previous direct people management experience is a plus
• A background in vaccines is welcome, but not essential. We value the commercial expertise, customer understanding, and transferable experience you bring from other pharmaceutical or healthcare businesses.
